Langstone lies immediately south of Havant town centre, between the A27 and Chichester and Langstone Harbours. Langstone Road (A3023) bisects the residential area and leads to Langstone Bridge, which connects the mainland to Hayling Island.
Langstone Residents Association (LRA) has a membership of over 350 households in Langstone, out of about 500 properties, and includes Wade Court Conservation Area in its membership.The Association is dedicated to maintaining and improving the amenities for the residents of Langstone. Members receive regular newsletters and those with email receive additional news items. Our noticeboard is situated where the Hayling Billy Trail meets Langstone Road.
The LRA committee, of up to 8 members, meets monthly. There is an annual general meeting of the Association in the spring. The annual membership is £2 per household.
